The Lodge is a 4-star detached holiday cottage that sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably in three large double-bedrooms. Situated in the grounds of an 18th century Château in Pouech, just 10 minutes away from St Girons in the Ariège Pyrénées and 1h15 drive from Toulouse-Blagnac airport, it is an ideal base for those seeking to explore the outdoors activities and historical attractions in the surrounding area. With its charming location and comfortable amenities, The Lodge promises a memorable stay in the heart of the French countryside.

On a passé un séjour parfait chez Pete. A notre arrivée on était agréablement accueilli avec un feu dans la cheminée et un pot de miel du village ce qui nous a fait beaucoup de plaisir.
L’appartement est chaleureux,fonctionnel et très spacieux. Rien n’y manque. On a très bien dormi grâce à la bonne literie et le calme du village.
On se sent très bien accueilli chez Pete et Dalila, ils sont contents de recevoir des gens.
Pete nous a indiqué des sentiers de randonnées et d’escalade ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé car nous ne connaissons pas du tout la région.

Pouech is a hamlet, part of the Moulis commune, in the Ariège region of the Midi Pyrenees, with easy access to St Girons, often featured as a Tour de France stage.

The Lodge is set in the grounds of the Château de Pouech, which dates back to the 18th century.

The total space of this holiday home is a generous 110m2, sleeping 6 adults comfortably, in three separate double bedrooms, and includes a large bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a wood stove, and an additional WC/laundry room on the ground floor. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge that can sleep an extra 2 people; and a cot in the largest of the bedrooms upstairs.

The Lodge has been renovated recently, with high-quality material and many appliances to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Wi-fi internet access is available throughout the house.

You can enjoy the beautiful mountain views from a private terrace and garden, or take a stroll in the large château grounds. There is ample parking on the property.

Rental rates include linens, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
